I celebrate taco tuesday pretty much every damn day of the week. So today i am sharing an extra tasty one mushroom tacos with a smooth homemade creamy sauce. The best mushroom tacos. Mushroom meat tacos vegan author. Vegan nut free gluten free egg free soy free.
I mean i seriously love tacos. To assemble tacos add roughly 1 3 cup mushroom taco filling 1 4 cup cauliflower florets and a spoonful of the adobo cream and the salsa verde to a tortilla. Sprinkle with radishes and 1 4 teaspoon of superfood booster with a squeeze of fresh lime. Taco tuesday is a standing event at our house and these amazing mushroom tacos are one of my favorite meatless taco recipes to date.
