In sauce pan melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat. In a skillet brown pork chops in 1 tbs of butter. Grease cooking dish with remaining butter and layer potatoes. Cook and stir for 1 minute or until thickened. Cover the potatoes and onions with cheese.
Combine the soup and sour cream. Brown pork chops in a skillet coated with vegetable oil. Place browned pork chops on top of potatoes. Bring to a boil. Cover and bake for 1 hour.
Sprinkle paprika over chops. Grease a 9 x 13 baking pan. Place the sliced potatoes and sliced onion in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle paprika and parsley. Stir in the flour salt and pepper until smooth.
