Stir until well mixed. In a 1 gallon container add the lemon juice 14 cups cold water and the strawberry basil syrup. Pour in water and lemon juice. Place strawberries and basil in a pitcher. You start by mashing strawberries with a couple of mint leaves then run it through a fine mesh strainer which will collect any hard bits.
